Welded pipe is formed from strip and seam-welded. What separates good from poor welded pipe is what happens after the weld. STLIX VALLEY produces to its own spec: HFI weld, bead removal, cold drawing, then heat treatment to restore corrosion resistance.

Is welded weaker than seamless?+

After heat treatment and testing, welded pipe handles most duties; codes allow it with a weld-efficiency factor. Seamless is preferred only for very high pressure or temperature.

Do you supply a mill certificate?+

Yes — every lot ships with its MTC (chemistry, mechanical properties, heat number); grade verification with a metal analyser on request.
