Product Return Policy
(Raw Material / Fabrication)
The return conditions are fundamentally divided into two categories, based on the condition of the product.
- Standard Return Conditions (Based on Product Condition)
These conditions serve as the general criteria for accepting a return:
- Original Condition: The product must be in the exact condition in which it was received, and must not have been installed, welded, cut, or altered. Any use of the product (such as welding or fixation) voids the right to return.
- Packaging Integrity: The product must be returned with all its labels and markings (such as Grade 316 or Schedule 10 markings) and its original protective packaging to guard against scratches or damage during transit.
- Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or proof of purchase, clearly showing the date of purchase and the quantity of the product, must be presented.
- Manufacturing Defects: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if a manufacturing defect is present in the material or dimensions, even if discovered later (within 24 hours from the date of receipt).
- Exclusions and Restrictions (Important for Metal Materials)
Strict limitations apply to the return of industrial and metal materials:
- Custom Orders and Special Sizes: The customer is not entitled to return products that were specially fabricated, cut, or prepared based on their specific requests or specifications (e.g., cutting a 10-meter pipe into 1-meter pieces, or custom-made fittings). Reason: These materials cannot be resold to another customer.
- Use or Modification: The return request will be rejected if the customer performs any form of modification on the product, including: cutting, welding, painting, defacing, or scratching the fitting or pipe. Reason: Such modification is considered use and renders the product non-compliant with its original specifications.
- Sanitary Grade Products: Additional restrictions may apply to the return of Stainless Steel fittings dedicated to sanitary sectors (such as the dairy and food industries). Reason: The necessity of maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sterilization for these products.
- Time Limit Expiration: The customer must request a return within a clearly specified and defined timeframe (24 hours) from the date of product receipt. This procedure is essential for the speedy resolution of industrial material status and inventory updates.
III. Typical Return Procedure
- Notification: The buyer or supplier must be informed of the return request and the reason within the specified time limit.
- Inspection: The seller inspects the product to ensure it meets all conditions (especially non-use).
- Refund: If approved, the product value is refunded using the original method of payment (during specified working periods).
